Project: Cyfarthfa Castle
Location: Merthyr Tydfil
This project was to improve the displays and applying interpretive themes to the extensive collections.
The re-display was to focus on the gentlemen who collected the exhibits, so that the interpretation became more people, rather than object focused.
Beacon were commissioned to manage the project and manufacture and install the displays. We chose to use Creative Good as our design partners to ensure high quality interpretation across a very broad range of exhibits.
The project included display units, graphic lecterns and panels, some of which were installed inside the display cases.
