Project: Dover Castle (English Heritage)
Location: The Great Tower
The aim of the Great Tower project is to evoke the atmospheric interiors of King Henry II's medieval royal court, creating an immersive world in which the visitor stands at the centre of the experience.
Beacon were commissioned to manufacture and install displays for the new exhibition.
This included graphic walls and graphic lecterns as well as av lecterns which we manufactured and coordinated with the av specialist.
Backed by meticulous research, the project is considered to be the most ambitious attempt to re-create a medieval palace in more than a century.
